Introduction

My Story

Alongside a broad understanding of acute and chronic injury rehabilitation, I have a special interest in complex cases. Especially treating individuals who experience chronic pain symptoms, either due to soft tissue injuries or from long-term stress related disorders. I have gained over 10 years of clinical experience within the private sector in London, as well as in Australia, New Zealand, and the United Arab Emirates.

Bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to my physiotherapy, I qualified as a Physiotherapist from St. George’s University and I hold a BSc in Psychology from Birkbeck College, and an MSc In Neuroscience from Kings College, London. My academic studies encompass the systemic mind-body approach to rehabilitation, injury, fitness, and recovery.

My passion is incorporating the holistic view within my treatments, addressing the core issues of dysfunction through using various treatment methods including trigger point therapy, fascial release, dry needling, acupuncture, Pilates and individualized exercises for rehabilitation. I love my work, and helping people achieve their functional goals, regardless of background and fitness levels, is the most rewarding feeling.
