Evidenced based Physiotherapy Treatment to optimise recovery and build up resistance against recurrence.
Our Physiotherapy Plan
After contact you will be sent a questionnaire regarding your injury to help our team of expert physios to build a detailed clinical picture. This important step will only take a few moments and will help inform our first session, giving the Physiotherapy team more time to focus on treatment rather that note taking during the session.
You’re booked in for your Physio
Once you have booked you Physiotherapy appointment you will be sent a confirmation email, with detailed instructions on how to find us and what you need to bring. Location details can also be found here. The email you will receive has a handy link to enable you to place your physio appointment straight into your electronic diary. And the plan your route section gives you the best directions directly from whichever location you choose.
Once here in person we will build on this picture through a combination of questions and special Physiotherapy clinical tests, guiding us to your treatment plan. We will go through our findings together and the reasons for our treatment. Your first Physio session is a longer session allowing us to carry out a full treatment in addition to the assessment.
Following the initial Physiotherapy Session
We will print or email you your Physiotherapists treatment plan and the important information that you need to be aware of before we next meet up. The frequency and number of follow up sessions will depend on you and the Physios plan. There is always more than one way to the right result. All treatment will be tailored into your lifestyle. If at any point along the way you have any questions or new information that you think we need to know about, we are easily contactable via email or phone.
