My Story

My Story

From a young age, I developed a keen interest in human anatomy and sports, which fueled my curiosity about how we move and interact within our environment. This passion led me to pursue a career in physiotherapy. I graduated from Oxford Brookes University in 2003 and have since gained a broad range of experiences in the field.

I began my career in the NHS in Lincoln, where I had the opportunity to work in various specialties of physiotherapy, building a solid foundation of knowledge and skills. For a period of time, I was particularly drawn to neuro physiotherapy, but eventually, I specialized in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.

In 2008, I made the decision to move to London to join my siblings and continue developing professionally while enjoying everything the city has to offer. Since then, I have worked in different settings, primarily in private clinics in the city and West End, as well as within corporations as an in-house physiotherapist. This experience has given me a deep appreciation for the demands of city life, understanding the challenges of balancing long office hours with maintaining an active lifestyle. I have become adept at helping individuals succeed in these circumstances. Additionally, I have gained extensive experience working with dancers and actors from West End productions, including well-known shows such as Stomp and Lion King. Collaborating with these performers has enhanced my understanding of unrestricted, fluid movement and the potential injuries associated with such physically demanding professions.

I have also had the pleasure of spending a few winters working in the ski resort of Courchevel in France. Professionally, this experience provided me with a solid foundation in managing acute injuries and rehabilitating traumatic injuries commonly associated with winter sports.

Throughout my career, I have pursued post-graduate courses primarily focused on manual therapies, exercise prescription, rehabilitation, and acupuncture. Regardless of the specific approach, my emphasis has always been on restoring optimal movement to help my patients achieve their goals. Whether it’s running a marathon, returning to high-level sports, or simply regaining pain-free function for everyday activities, I strive to make movement reflect perfection.

With my extensive background and commitment to ongoing professional development, I bring a holistic approach to physiotherapy, aiming to optimize movement and help individuals reach their full potential.
