supine head at end with tower bar, tower bar at level of mid sternum, one hand grasping bar knee of active side flexed
practitioner is on opposite side of clients active side, practitioner places arm under client’s head with hand under the opposite shoulder. allow tower bar to pull up while head gently rolls toward practitioner. pull tower back down keeping arm straight, allow head to roll back into neutral inhale and exhale as necessary
