About Me
Hi I’m Piotr, thanks for visiting.
My Story
My Story
During my bachelor’s degree in Poland I worked as a support physio for the national team of indoor and beach volleyball at national level. After finishing my masters in Warsaw I took the lead physiotherapist position for the Women’s beach volleyball team helping them to prepare for Rio 2016. Ever since I have been continuing my education through various speciality courses in taping, dry needling, special methods of soft tissue therapy and other. My thirst for knowledge did not end there and I moved to the United Kingdom to continue my education in manual therapy. I enrolled for a master’s degree in Osteopathy at the University College of Osteopathy (finishing June 2023).
But it’s not about me, is it? It is about you being able to find someone who listens and is determined to guide you through the journey to recovery. I will take my time to asses your problem and get to the cause. I am well aware there are no two identical cases or injuries. We are all different and face unique challenges of day-to-day life which place strain on our bodies. Joints get achy, muscles tight and before you know it injuries occur.
My focus is to get you to the best of your abilities, providing care and expertise in your recovery. To do this I will use hands on (massage, manipulation, harmonics, articulation) and exercises from early rehab to return to activities and beyond and ensure we do everything possible to prevent the injury reoccurring.
