Standing facing away from the trapeze table, hands holding handles, neutral spine position with body in slight forward lean.
Lunge, exhale to punch one arm forward and simultaneously step opposite leg forward. inhale to step back. repeat other side. may punch and step with same side arm and leg as a variation. Butterfly, start with arms stretching out to sides, hand at shoulder level. inhale to bring left arm up and right arm down elbows slightly bent. rotate torso toward right as elbows continue to flex to 90 degree angle. exhale and maintain torso in rotation, to elbows bent palm up and perform bicep curls with right arm palm up. inhale and rotate to repeat other side. Twist start with arms stretching out to sides, hands at shoulder level. inhale to bring left arm up and right arm down making long diagonal with arms rotate torso and bring right arm behind and left arm forward toward trapeze table. exhale and press right arm back and continue into a full twist rotating torso and pelvis faced the trapeze table. attempt to maintain tension on the springs through the movement. inhale to return and repeat other side.
