Lauren is a New Zealand trained physiotherapist with a passion for the musculoskeletal world. Having worked in NZ, Australia, Canada, and the UK, Lauren has benefitted from the exposure of many different approaches, and thus is able to bring a wide range of tools to the treatment table. Rest assured, Lauren is driven to get to the bottom of your issue, and will always strive to achieve your goals through a collaborative approach to your rehabilitation.
On a personal level, Lauren has always been very active across a range of different sports, from football (New Zealand representative), to golf, to kite-surfing. She understands the demand of different activities, and how important it is to be able to modify the activity so that time away is minimised. She also recognises the necessity of finding a way to diminish the impact of sedentary work-based postures in order to achieve great results in your personal pursuits. Being a mother to two children, Lauren has a deep understanding of the physical load the body goes through during pregnancy, childbirth, and the early years beyond – and what exercises can help to prepare you, keep you moving, and bring you out the otherside in one piece!
