initiate by tilting the pelvis. inhale and articulate spine up from table, extending hips, reaching legs long, pulling dowel down toward hips until shoulder stand with neutral pelvis exhale to return to starting position by articulating spine in flexion back down to table until pelvis reaches neutral position again.
Feet may be placed on strap suspended below trapeze bar. lift without spine articulation,maintain neutral spine. maintain hips lifted and just flex and extend shoulders.
