    Book via our online system, phone or enquire via and we will find the best time for you.

    Our sessions are most commonly done using zoom.   This can be over your phone or computer, we will send you full instructions on how to do this as soon as you book.

    After booking, you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire, which will give us a history of your injury or exercise history to enable us to begin planning for your session.
