My Approach

Open, scientific, and practical.   Open in that I listen to your story, as within it is the key to our success.   Scientific, the science/research validates the best techniques to help you achieve your goals and the steps that need to be taken.   Practical, it needs to fit you.   

Session Structure 

In the beginning, I will take a full medical and social history, to pull together all the factors that contribute to your question whether that question is;  back pain, sports performance,  pathology or another.
I have a broad base of experience and use this to pull together a plan for you.   I provide good follow-up materials including videos and instructions to help ensure a full understanding.
