I've known Chris since 2012 when he first started helping me with a knee injury. I thoroughly recommend him - really good at helping treat the problem and develop appropriate training routines and targeted strength training exercises. Since then he's been helping me with an ongoing back problem and last week started to work on a shoulder issue. Really enjoy the sessions with him - always feel positive that we are making progress.
I have been suffering from a slipped disc for more than 5 years, i had tried acupuncture and seeing a chiropractor but nothing worked. I was referred to Movement Perfected by my consultant , I saw Anna and she has been very helpful. The exercises she has given me are very simple but extremely effective. After only 4 sessions I have started to feel a huge improvement in my lower back movement and my posture has also improved. Best of all no more pain! I feel much more happier doing my day job and feel much more active. I cannot thank Anna enough for her help and advice and highly recommend anyone with similar issues to get in touch with Movement Perfected without hesitation.
After a prolonged period of crippling back pain I came to Movement Perfected and saw Anna over a period 4 months. In that time not only did my back pain subside but I also saw my confidence return. I was even able to complete a 5K run last month, something that would not have been possible a few months before. A big thankyou from me.
I suffered with bad shin splints and saw several (useless) physio's before I found Anna. Anna is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She approached every session with the same level of enthusiasm and also found ways to make what can be very boring and repetitive exercises more fun and dynamic. I cannot recommend Movement Perfected enough. I had been suffering from shoulder pain for nearly 6 months, but after just a few sessions with Anna I could already feel a huge improvement. Great guidance and exercises. If I ever have another injury I know who I'll turn to!
