A: The initial assessment typically lasts 45 minutes.  During the session, you will be asked questions related to your condition and health history. Physical tests specific to your condition will be conducted, followed by treatment based on best practices for your situation.

Q: How do I know which type of physiotherapy will help me? A: The physiotherapist you consult will determine the most appropriate type of physiotherapy for your needs. If you have any questions before booking an appointment, we are always happy to arrange a callback from one of our team members to discuss your specific requirements.

Q: Can I pay for my treatments by credit card? A: Yes, at Movement Perfected, we accept all major credit cards.

Q: What should I wear for my physiotherapy appointment? A: Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement during your physiotherapy session.

Q: How do I claim costs through my medical insurance? A: We provide all the necessary details to facilitate claiming costs through your medical insurance. If you are covered by Bupa, or  Axa, we can bill these companies directly. If you have a different health insurer, we request that you make payment and then claim back from your insurer, we will provide all reports and information for your claim. If you have any questions regarding this process, please let us know.

Q: What should I do if I have an excess or treatment limit on my medical policy? A: If the cost of your session exceeds your policy’s allowance, you can opt to pay privately for the treatment.
